What if connecting with a horse could help you reconnect with yourself?

This is perfect for you if:

You feel pulled in many directions and crave a space to slow down and breathe.

You're seeking a deeper connection with yourself, others, or the world around you.

Stress, grief, or life transitions have left you feeling disconnected or overwhelmed.

You want to explore healing in a way that feels gentle, embodied, and supported.

You're curious about the unique wisdom horses offer, and how their presence can guide your own.

You value experiences that nurture peace, self-awareness, and joy.

This 6 week experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover the grounding wisdom horses offer.

Through intentional practice you will explore presence, boundaries, and authentic connection while learning practical tools to balance your nervous system.

Life’s seasons can stir up stress, grief, and pressure to do it all with a smile. That’s why we created The Gift of Presence: An Equine Guided Path to Peace and Joy — a 6-week workshop designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Alongside the grounding presence of horses, we’ll explore what it means to create calm, and invite joy back into your season. This is your time to step away from the busyness and rediscover the gift of being truly present.

Stacey Carter is a PATH Certified Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning, Registered Yoga Teacher, and creator of Heart Centered Horsemanship. Her teachers include Barbara Rector, founder of Adventures in Awareness; Mary Debono, creator of Debono Moves; and a wide variety of mentors in horsemanship, equine assisted learning, mindfulness, yoga, energy work, and polyvagal theory.

Stacey's experience working with dysregulated horses has shown her the power of working in harmony with the body to restore peace of mind and the ability to experience joy and play. She has brought these lessons to her work with veterans suffering PTSD, teens in residential mental health treatment, and many others who come to the farm to rediscover their authentic self.
