Mindful Horsemanship Thursdays

Weekly sessions designed for teens and adults seeking a deeper, more meaningful connection with horses — beyond traditional riding lessons. These sessions focus on developing an authentic relationship with horses by embodying qualities of a dependable leader, developing connection, and communicating in the horse's language of movement, energy, and body language.

Mindful Movement with Horses

Join us for a three hour movement experience designed to connect you with your body, breath, nature and the deep, primordial energy shared between humans and horses, tapping into equine wisdom. This session focuses on themes of presence, authenticity, energetic awareness, co-regulation, and relational teaching.

10 am - 3 pm

Mindful Horsemanship Retreat

This full day retreat includes mindful movement on the mat, connecting with your horse through Debono Moves and hands-on practices that release tension and strengthen connection, communicating in the horse's language on the ground, and riding with mindful movement.

Mindful Horsemanship for Kids

For children ages 6-14

Activities include:

- Building relationship on the ground with horses and other animals at the farm

- Yoga and mindful movement lessons on the mat

- Groundwork with horses

- Riding appropriate to skill and confidence level

Children will learn:

- To "speak" the horse's natural language.

- To move with intention and body awareness.

- Self-regulation techniques to stay calm and grounded.

- The power of creating cooperative relationships.
